RUN TO COASTEERING

Pioneered in Wales, coasteering is a blend of rock-hopping, shore-scrambling, swell-riding, cave-exploring and cliff-jumping for the ultimate aquatic adventure. Combine this with a guided 14km coastal trail run for a unique multi-sport adventure that will leave you grinning from ear to ear.

Starting from the festival site, you'll take a mini-bus transfer to the Worm's Head, where you'll get kitted up and briefed for your coasteering adventure! The originators of the sport of coasteering, TYF Adventures, will be your instructors as you experience the rugged Gower coastline at close-quarters. From there you'll enjoy 90mins of adrenaline spiking coasteering. Once you've dried off, it's time for an epic 14km guided trail run, taking in some of the best Gower beaches, all the way back to the Love Trails site.
