Love Trails Festival 2019 is taking place at Weobley Castle, West Castle Farm, Llanrhidian, Swansea SA3 1HB

Coaches to Love Trails Festival from major UK cities will be available to book winter 2018

Ticket holders will be emailed a digital ticket 7-days prior to the festival. Please bring this, along with a valid form of I.D. (passport or driving licence) to the box office to pick up your festival wristband.

Important Arrival Time Information: The Festival Gate/Car Park and Box Office at Love

Trails Festival opens between:
16:00 - 00:00 on Thursday 4th July
09:00 - 00:00 on Friday 5th July
09:00 - 20:00 on Saturday 6th July
09:00 - 12:00 on Sunday 7th July

Please note there is no access to the festival for new arrivals outside of these times. If you arrive after midnight on Thursday or Friday, or after 8pm on Saturday, 12pm Sunday, you will not be able to park your car or enter the campsite.

To park in the Love Trails Festival carpark, you will need to pre-book a space for your car. A regular carpark ticket for the full weekend costs £13.50 per vehicle if you book in advance. It costs £18.50 if you book your car park ticket at the festival gate.

Campervan spaces for Love Trails Festival 2019 are available to purchase for £39 per vehicle. No tickets are available to purchase on the gate so please ensure you book your campervan ASAP as they will sell out. You will receive your Campervan e-ticket 7 days prior to the festival. Please ensure you bring this with you.

Included in your weekend festival ticket is 4 nights of camping at Weobley Castle Farm, Thursday - Monday. The campsite opens at 16:00 July 4th and closes at 12:00 on July 8th. Unless you book a bell tent, you'll need to bring your own tent and sleeping bag.

Hot showers are available at Love Trails Festival for all shower pass holders. Please add a weekend shower pass to your booking if you would like to use these facilities.

We love dogs at Love Trails Festival, but there are some rules. All dogs must be on leads at all times. Dogs must be well behaved. Love Trails Festival staff or security reserve the right to ask miss-behaving dogs to leave the premises. In this case, a refund will not be offered. If your dog isn't good around large crowds and/or loud music, please leave them at home.

Under no circumstances should you bring any of the following to Love Trails Festival: Glass – absolutely no glass is allowed on site for safety reasons

Large stereo systems
Illegal substances / drugs
Alcoholic drinks
Large stereo systems
Portable laser equipment and pens
Unauthorised professional film or video equipment
Air Horns
Fireworks, flares or Chinese Lanterns
Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
Animals (other than very well behaved dogs, see Dogs at Love Trails Festival section
above) Gas Canisters

Love Trails Festival bars operate a 'Challenge 21' policy and we reserve the right to ask to see a valid form of identification (passport or driving licence) if we think you look under the age of 21.

The Love Trails site is a working farm and the animals need it spotless! Sustainability is at the beating heart of Love Trails. We are a single-use plastics free zone. This means no plastic forks, straws, plates, cups or coffee lids. We have gone to great pains to ensure all food and drinks vendors on-site use no single use plastics. Please, please use the bins, recycle carefully and of course bring a water bottle to refill. Littering at Love Trails Festival is a big no no. It just isn't a thing, please keep it that way.

Please use the ample recycling bins provided.

If you purchased a ticket, it's likely you initially paid a 50% deposit. You must pay off your balance 28 days prior to the festival. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are not refunded.

Love Trails Festival is packed out with heathy & nutritious food trucks serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night snacks and light bites, so there really in no need to bring anything at all to the festival food wise.

The full schedule for Love Trails Festival 2019 will be published summer 2019.

For most experiences at Love Trails, you just show up on the day. But for some unique experiences, we must limit numbers for safety reasons, or charge a little extra for them to make them possible. For these things, you'll need to have pre-booked in advance online. Bookings for extra experiences or paid workshops open summer 2019.

Please don't bring any alcohol to Love Trails Festival. We are a very small, grass roots festival and we rely on our bars to cover the cost of putting the event on. In any case, no pre-purchased alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the festival site and our security team reserve the right to enforce this.

We will be releasing a small amount of day tickets in Spring 2019.

All balances must be completed 28 days before departure. Anything bought after that date if they are available must be paid in full at the time of booking. You can log into your account anytime using your booking logins and pay money from your balance.
