Join Sarah Curtis, a counselor and psychologist, who is challenging traditional therapy practices by offering her clients the opportunity to take sessions outside, either running or walking. Along this 5km route around the local festival trails, Sarah will share with you how she integrates the outdoors into therapy, and teach you how to connect with Gower, through mindfulness exercises and breathing techniques.
