He teaches his clients how to incorporate methods that reset your body to its natural state, like sleep, movement, intermittent fasting, breathing and cold-water therapy.
He is passionate about improving physical and mental health by exploring the great outdoors. He specialises in using his sporting background to help people condition their bodies to move freely without pain, restriction or fear, enabling people to take on any outdoor adventure!
