Free London Coach Transfer
If you're travelling from London, we're putting on free return coach transport. You can book a space on this when booking your space on the weekend. This is free to Run Leaders, but please only book a space if you intend on using the service.
By Train
Arriving by train is the easiest and most environmentally friendly choice, so please consider this first when planning your journey. Swansea Station is the closest largest station. Trains run direct from London Paddington in three hours and from Cardiff in under one hour. For journey times and routes please visit www.gwr.com.
By car / campervan
If you are driving, please try and fill your seats to help lower your carbon footprint. If travelling by car, please follow signs for Weobley Castle, and then the event signage put out for your direction. Arrival information will be sent out to attendees in the weeks leading up to the festival.
We've got plenty of food options on site that will keep you fuelled for the weekend, but remember to bring running snacks and hydration for a day on the trails.
On Friday, from 5pm until late, we've got Venezuelan dishes served by Queen Pepiada from their yellow food truck.
On Saturday, from 4pm until late, Captain Brown's Pizzas will be serving up fresh pizzas. You can pre-order via text whilst you're out running and he'll have them ready on your return.
On Saturday and Sunday morning, Flynn's Coffee will be on site serving fresh coffee, croissants and muffins.
Small gas stoves are allowed if you'd prefer to cook your own meals.
