Sarah Curtis is a counsellor and psychotherapist, and founder Move Your Mind Therapy. Her therapy practice breaks away from the traditional counselling setting, offering her clients the option of sessions taking place outside, walking or running. Sarah has been into fitness since she was very young, starting off as a swimmer but taking to running more seriously around 4 years ago, finding it helped her a lot with her own emotional wellbeing. She has since run several marathons, an endurance relay from LA to Vegas (The Speed Project) and triathlons. Her next challenge in October 2019 is an Iron Man with a group of women, as part of her passion to empower more women to believe they can achieve whatever they set their minds to.
