Sha Hussain is the founder of The Wellness Movement and Expert Wellbeing Consultant at The Mayor of London’s office, and Client Partner at Harley Therapy, London’s leading psychotherapy and counselling service. Sha believes wellness starts in the workplace, and his aim is to educate and empower organisations and their employees to take control of their physical and psychological health, taking steps to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. Sha has been into health and fitness in a big way since 2009 and runs marathons (18 to date as well as The Speed Project) globally, is a regular at the gym, and eats healthily most of the time.
