Joe Dale is a registered Osteopath and works with a range of runners at the Olympic Park in London. He uses strength and conditioning training as a way to treat and prevent injuries as well as helping runners improve performance. Joe has used evidence based strength and conditioning work to help him become South of England Fell running champion, winner of Man v's Horse 2018, and finish in the top 100 in London Marathon 2018.
