I have been training and competing in various combat martial arts for more than twelve years which led me to explore ways to improve mental and physical performance. I have put myself through numerous challenges, experimented with different diets and exercise systems. Wim Hof Method has brought the biggest breakthrough in mental clarity, performance and general health. It is my passion to bring these experiences in safe and fun environment for everyone who wants to get more out of themselves and learn the effective tools for self development.
