Feel at your best all weekend, nourishing your mind, body and soul.

There’s a whole range of nutritious food stalls onsite, along with daily yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions, and a host of workshops to keep you in tip  top condition and free from injury. Wind down each day  at our estuary spa, wood-fired hot tubs and  beachside sauna.

01 MOVEMENT

Share the collective joy of moving your body in nature each day, from dawn until dusk. Attend daily yoga sessions, movement and dance workshops, or expert classes to build your core strength and improve your performance.

Spend your days running, hiking and exploring stunning coastal trails, enchanting forests, secluded bays, expansive golden beaches and dramatic cliffside tracks. Join casual non-competitive group runs, unique running experiences and organised races for all paces and abilities, ranging from 3km to 80km.

02 MUSIC

Fuel your runner’s high with an exhilarating line-up of incredible live musicians, bands and DJs across multiple stages, with parties and pop-up events all weekend.

Spend your time with us dancing to old favourites or discover new ones, with an entire weekend programme of electric performances, euphoric moments on the main stage, and chilled acoustic sets.

03 ADVENTURE

Using the festival site as your basecamp, head out on a new adventure around the Gower Peninsula each day.

Get your adrenaline pumping and your heart racing with a range of activities, including surfing, rock climbing and coasteering, or explore at your own pace.

04 INSPIRATION

Spark your imagination and expand your horizons, with a whole host of talks, panel discussions and workshops from world-class speakers including athletes, practitioners, authors and scientists.

From actionable advice though to tales of incredible bravery and endurance, you’ll leave feel energised, inspired and brimming with ideas.
