Marked Course Trail Runs
Marked Courses are marked and supported routes, starting and finishing at the festival site. You'll get a beautifully made medal for completing one! The routes are well marked and supported with aid stations supplying drinks and basic snacks. Pick from 5km (Sunday), 10km or 21km (Saturday), or 42km (Friday) marked course options. You get to pick 1 Marked Course Trail Run to take part in as part of your Love Trails weekend.

Just Show Up Runs
Just Show Up Runs are an eclectic variety of trail running adventures big and small taking part at Love Trails Festival, that you can ‘just show up’ to and take part in. There’s no need to book in advance. Your ticket gives you access to an unlimited amount of Just Show Up Runs, available on a first-come first-served basis to all ticket holders.

Guided Trail Runs
A Guided Trail Run (or GTR for short) is a small group, social, non-competitive trail run that starts and finishes at the Love Trails Festival site. You will be led by an experienced Run Leader. The routes are unmarked and entirely self-supported; meaning you’ll be responsible for bringing the water or nutrition you may need along the way. You get to pick 1 GTR to take part in as part of your Love Trails experience.
