Perfect for beginners to trail running, this guided run will take you along the famous Three Cliffs Bay, featuring golden beaches and spectacular limestone sea cliffs. With the sandy dunes providing some challenging climbs and the surrounding forest offering mixed terrains, this is an ideal route for those looking to build their off-road running confidence. This route will also take you close to the sea, where you can paddle your feet or take a quick dip - if you're brave enough. There's also a great ice cream shop at the start/finish point, for a well deserved treat!
