Track Mafia are a community of runners, who take to the track every Thursday in London, to improve their speed. But don't let that put you off. This guided 30km trail run will be at a conversational pace. Starting from the Love Trails Festival meet point, the run leaders will take you on a technical route along coastal paths, across grassy fields and through forests. This is a great way to explore the many trails that Gower has to offer, before joining us back in the main arena for some delicious food and music.
