Overview

Join the Love Trails Festival community on a 7km guided social run across London to Parkour Generations for a 2 hour exclusively instructed parkour session. Parkour is designed to practice the freedom of movement through adaptation, and practical movement skill acquisition and raw physicality. You''ll attend a two hour fully instructed session at Parkour Generations, who's approach is designed to increase the capacity of muscles, joints, brain and nervous system. You'll learn to move for positive adaptations in balance, coordination, speed, power and motor control.

Parkour Generations

We don’t believe in just ‘exercise’: at Parkour Generations we train you the way your primal body is meant to be trained – through adaptation, practical movement skill acquisition and raw physicality.

Our approach is designed to increase the capacity of not just our muscles and joints, but our brain and nervous system as well. A more robust system means fewer injuries, more freedom of movement and greater enjoyment of life. We think that training should enhance performance of the governing system and, subsequently, one’s health; and so we are inevitably drawn to the skill-based and task-based training of parkour that generates positive adaptations in balance, coordination, speed, power and motor control.

Love Trails Festival

Love Trails is the ultimate runners high! From the main stage, an eclectic mix of iconic and new artists soundtrack three jam-packed days featuring trail running adventures of various distances. Once you’ve come back from your run, get inspired at a talk or workshop, jump into the wood-fired hot tubs or simply grab an ice-cold beer. You’ve earned it.

The backdrop to the weekend is the pristine beaches, castles, tidal islands, woodlands, dunes and coastal paths surrounding the festival site. As the sun sets and the stars come out – i’s time to party!
