Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Love Trails Festival Community
At Love Trails Festival, we believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space for all. We’re proud to be the world’s first trail running and music festival—and with that comes the responsibility to lead with integrity, care and community spirit.
Please read and respect the following guidelines. By attending, you agree to uphold these values and to respect and protect the local area.
Thank you for being part of our community. Let’s make it safe, joyful and unforgettable—for everyone.
Safe, joyful and unforgettable
Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Discrimination: We do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, ability, sexuality, identity, or any other characteristic.
Safe & Inclusive Spaces: We are committed to representation, accessibility, and inclusivity. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and supported.
Community Accountability: Anyone acting against our Code of Conduct may face immediate removal from the festival and related community spaces (including online groups such as Strava).
Respecting the local community and area: Our event causes inevitable disruption for the residents of the Gower. We do what we can to mitigate this. Please help us by adhering to signage, keeping noise to a minimum, leaving the music at the festival and leaving no trace. Please read our protecting the Gower info here
Welfare Officer: Our trained Welfare Officer is responsible for safeguarding and resolving any incidents.
If you see, experience, or hear about something that breaches our Code of Conduct:
Report it to a Run Leader or Info Point– they will escalate to our Welfare Officer.
The Welfare Officer will act immediately, issuing a verbal warning or taking necessary next steps.
If misconduct is confirmed, the individual will be asked to leave the event and will be suspended from all future Love Trails community activities.
In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be contacted, and the reporting party will be supported throughout, including referral to free services such as Kyniska Advocacy.
Confidentiality, care and resolution are our priorities. We’re here to support you and the local communities of Love Trails
