Learning to Run the Wild – An Introductory Class to Trail Running
PRESENTED BY SIMON JAMES, RUN THE WILD
Designed to cover off the essential techniques for exploring trails and for runners who want to get more involved in trail running. Included in this guided trail running workshop, we look at what essential pieces of kit are required to run on trails, techniques used for running up and down hills as well as how to deal with unstable ground and how to gain confidence, speed and have develop good running form. The run will be over a short distance (4km) as the focus is on practising the techniques.
