In 2024 she released her first book “There is No Wall”, a brutally honest, sometimes shocking

To help us take stock of the experiences, we wrote down the values embedded at the heart of our life, the things folk can expect to feel when they hang out with us. We turned the Manifesto into a programme of free mentoring for people who need a burst of positivity and enthusiasm.

It feels like Encouragement is our superpower. We think it is yours too.
