Log into www.myeasol.com, and pay off your balance from there. If you have forgotten your Easol (previously know as "Fixers") password, you may need to reset that before you log in.
As per our T&Cs at the time of your booking, Love Trails Festival isn't able to refund tickets or defer tickets.
If you are injured, please consider coming anyway! There is so much to do beyond the running. Many injured runners come to Love Trails every year and they all have a fantastic time.
You must change the name of the booking to transfer your ticket to someone else, because names on tickets must match I.Ds at the gate in order to enter the festival site.
To do this, the person you are selling the ticket to will need to get set up with an Easol account here https://myeasol.com/
Once this is done, please firstname.lastname@example.org to inform them of the name and e-mail address of the person you would like to transfer your booking to. There is a £10 admin fee to change a name on a ticket.
Ticket holders will be emailed a digital ticket 7-days prior to the festival. Please bring this, along with a valid form of I.D. (passport or driving licence) to the box office to pick up your festival wristband.
To combat ticket fraud, names on tickets MUST match names on identification documents for every guest entering the festival site. Please don't forget to bring a valid form of I.D. so you can enter the festival without any problems.

Love Trails Festival starts in the evening of Thursday 30th June, and goes right through until midnight on Sunday 3rd July. Camping is open from 4pm on Thursday 30th June to midday on Monday 4th July.
New for 2022 we have a festival "On Outpost" in the Brecon Beacons. A 1hr coach transfer from Love Trails, tickets to get to the On Outpost from the main Love Trails site cost extra. Love Trails veterans (those that have been at least one year already) get the chance to book tickets to the Outpost before anyone else.
The On Outpost is a chance to run in the mountains for a day, before coming back to the Love Trails site in time for the music and party! One moment you'll be running epic ridge lines in the sky in, the next you'll be back at Love Trails enjoying the music and festival vibe!
Yes! :) There are plenty of shorter (5km or less) runs across the weekend. Join a 'How To Trail Run' workshop running daily which are suitable for complete beginners.
Love Trails Festival has guided, socially paced runs, not races. The Guided Trail Runs at Love Trails will be categorised by three different pace groups. The paces are based on what a runner would usually run on road, and these will differ and vary on the trails due to terrain, elevation, and for the safety and benefit of the group.
Falcons are strong and experienced runners and used to smashing out hills for breakfast on a daily basis. Hills and trails are absolutely no problem for Falcons, and they're training several times a week. Join the Falcons for a pacey run at the front of the pack.
Foxes are up for a good time and quite happy running a 10km in just over an hour (if it was flat!). Foxes are fairly confident on the trails, and love flying up and down the hills whilst holding a conversation.
Hares are out for a jolly, to enjoy the trails, and to have a good natter with their friends. Hares is the ultimate social pace, no racing, no pressure, just able to run the distance that they set out for, or at least give it their best shot!
Extra Adventures are experiences at Love Trails that require pre-booking. For example, Run to Surfing, Run to Coasteering, 1:1 PT Sessions, etc.
Booking open for Extra Adventures (e.g. Run to Surf or Run to Coasteering) and Extra Workshops (e.g. 1:1 PT sessions, or sky running) in Summer 2022. All ticket holders will be sent a link, info and plenty of reminders.
If you don't think you are getting our emails, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can't see anything, drop us an email.
If there is availability on the extra adventures, then these can be booked at the Info Point at the festival. It is best to book in advance when they go on sale online, to avoid disappointment as they are very popular.

Love Trails Festival is packed out with healthy & nutritious food trucks serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night snacks and light bites, so there really is no need to bring anything at all to the festival food wise, but you are allowed to bring your own food.
Please don't bring any alcohol to Love Trails Festival. We are a very small, grass roots festival and we rely on our bars to cover the cost of putting the event on. In any case, no pre-purchased alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the festival site and our security team reserve the right to enforce this.
Love Trails Festival bars operate a 'Challenge 25' policy and we reserve the right to ask to see a valid form of identification (passport or driving licence) if we think you look under the age of 25.
Under no circumstances should you bring any of the following to Love Trails Festival:
• Glass – absolutely no glass is allowed on site for safety reasons
• Large stereo systems
• Illegal substances / drugs
• Alcoholic drinks
• Gas canisters
• Portable laser equipment and pens
• Unauthorised professional film or video equipment
• Air Horns
• Fireworks, flares or Chinese Lanterns
• Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• Animals (other than very well behaved dogs, see Dogs at Love Trails Festival section above)

If you purchased your ticket on or after Monday 30th November 2020, your booking is covered by our new 2020/2021 booking terms & conditions.
Our new Covid-19 booking policy:
Love Trails Festival 2022 is taking place at Weobley Castle, West Castle Farm, Llanrhidian, Swansea SA3 1HB.
New for 2022 we have a festival "Outpost" in the Brecon Beacons. A 1hr coach transfer from Love Trails, tickets to get to the Outpost from the main Love Trails site cost extra. Love Trails veterans (those that have been at least one year already) get the chance to book tickets to the Outpost before anyone else.
Arriving by train is the easiest and most environmentally friendly choice, so please consider this first when planning your journey.
Swansea Station is the closest largest station. Trains run direct from London Paddington in three hours and from Cardiff in under one hour. For journey times and routes please visit www.gwr.com.
Gowerton Station is also close to the festival site, and an 11 minute train from Swansea, with trains running every 20 minutes.
From Gowerton Station or Swansea Station, you can easily take a taxi to the Love Trails Site. The journey time from Swansea is approximately 35 minutes and costs around £25, so it's worth filling the seats.
In 2022 we're going to be putting on more journeys from across the UK, at an affordable rate, making the coach is more appealing option than travelling by car. Information about coach travel will be launched in 2022.
If you're thinking about travelling by bike to Love Trails - well done for reducing your carbon footprint! We'll be launching a special ‘Cycle to Love Trails Festival’ event. Please email email@example.com for more information
By Car / Campervan
If you are driving to Love Trails Festival, please try and fill your seats to help lower your carbon footprint. It also helps split the cost of fuel and helps others looking for a lift. You can post in our friendly Love Trails Festival Facebook Group about car sharing.
If travelling by car, please follow signs for Weobley Castle, and then the event signage put out for your direction. Arrival information will be sent out to attendees in the weeks leading up to the festival.
If buying a Car Park Pass, you can add the extra '£5 Carbon Balancing Donation' and our partner 'ecolibrium' will invest 100% of your donation directly into climate solutions through projects that generate clean renewable energy helping to tackle the environmental impacts of your journey. £5 is a suggested donation based on the amount of carbon emitted for a return car journey from London.
If you need to fly, then the closest airports are Cardiff Airport or Bristol Airport. Overseas flights are more regular to London Airports, so check your route on Sky Scanner and choose the best option for you.
Included in your weekend festival ticket is 4 nights of camping at Weobley Castle Farm, Thursday - Monday. You’ll need to bring your own tent and camping gear.
Love Trails Festival is a clean and tidy festival, but if you still think camping isn’t for you, there are plenty of Airbnb’s or local hotels close to the festival site. Alternatively, try out one of our pre-pitched luxury Bell Tents, available to book soon.
Yes. Campervan passes must be purchased separately, and you’ll park in a separate field to other cars and tents.
No. If you would like to sleep in your van, you need to purchase a campervan pass and park in the designated campervan space. We can’t allow anyone to sleep in the car park.
The car park and camping fields are separate, but it is only a short walk between them. It is not possible to drive your car and park next to your tent, even just to unload.
The distance between each camping area and the main festival field is a short walk, about 10 minutes maximum.
What we are calling ‘Marked Course Trail Runs’, are all-new for 2022. These are marked and supported routes, starting and finishing at the festival site. You'll also get a beautifully made medal for completing one! They aren't timed runs, and so aren't officially races. Love Trails is a non-competitive running event. At Love Trails we believe the experience of a run trumps how quick you can run. You get to pick 1 Marked Course Trail Run to take part in as part of your Love Trails weekend. Pick from 5km, 10km, 21km or 42km marked course options.
You can log in and book your chosen marked course (5km, 10km, 21km or 42km) at any time. Don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of reminders and updates via email.
Each Marked Course Trail Run will take place once across the weekend, at the following times:
5km - Sunday at 10:00
10km - Saturday at 12:00
21km - Saturday at 10:00
42km - Friday at 10:00
Each wave will have a mass start, so everyone sets off together, but you don’t have to run together!
Runners are responsible for their own safety and kit whilst out running on a marked course. What you take with you depends on what distance you are running, but we would advise taking / wearing the following at a minimum;
• Trail shoes with a decent tread
• A running rucksack / bag
• Hydration for the duration you will be out
• Food and nutrition
• A mobile phone
Guided Trail Runs are small group (max 30 people) guided trail runs that start and finish at the Love Trails Festival site. You will be lead in a group by an experienced Run Leader. You get to pick 1 GTR to take part in as part of your Love Trails experience.
Guided Trail Runs each vary in distance from roughly 3km to 55km. Please only pick a guided trail run if you can definitely complete that distance.
You can log in and book your chosen Guided Trail Run (GTR) in summer 2022.
The Guided Trail Runs at Love Trails will be categorised by three different pace groups. Please note paces will vary even within the groups due to terrain, elevation, and ability of the group, so please join the Guided Trail Runs with flexibility in mind and always be prepared to run at the pace of the majority of the group.
Falcons are strong and experienced runners and used to smashing out hills for breakfast on a daily basis. Trails are absolutely no problem for Falcons, and they're training several times a week. Join the Falcons for a pacey run, still having fun, but perhaps less stopping than the other groups.
Foxes are up for a good time and quite comfortable running a flat 10km in just over an hour (if it was flat!). Foxes are fairly confident on the trails, and love flying up and down the hills whilst holding a conversation.
Hares are out for a jolly, to enjoy the trails, and to have a good natter with their friends. Hares is the ultimate social pace: no racing, no pressure. Hares might be new to trails, or new to running in general, and there'll be more stopping to regroup, take photos, and take in the views.
Guided Trail Runs are capped at maximum of 30 people. On some occasions there may me more or less in each group.
Runners are responsible for their own safety and kit whilst out running on a guided trail run. What you take with you depends on what distance you are running, but we would advise taking / wearing the following;
• Trail shoes with a decent tread
• A running rucksack / bag
• Hydration for the duration you will be out
• Food and nutrition
• A mobile phone
Travel is typically the largest source of emissions from live events. We’re working with the charity ecolibrium to tackle these impacts. Next year, in 2022, we’re reducing carbon emissions wherever possible by offering more sustainable ways to get to Love Trails Festival (including coach packages and Cycle to Love Trails Festival.) We’re also giving you the option to balance unavoidable travel emissions through ecolibrium’s Trees+ programme which supports three projects; tree planting in the UK, the protection of areas of threatened rainforest, and a community led project reforestation programme in Northern Malawi.
ecolibrium is a live events industry response to the climate crisis – a community of events, festivals, suppliers, artists and music companies taking action to reduce travel impacts and invest in climate solutions. Since 2015, ecolibrium has worked with over 55 events and 40 suppliers to balance the carbon emissions from over 13 million travel miles. They provide resources, tools, advice and inspiration to reduce travel emissions and invest donations in supporting ecosystem protection, reforestation and clean energy generation. Visit ecolibrium’s website to find out more: www.ecolibrium.earth
You can balance your travel emissions when you buy your car parking pass. Simply add the optional '£5 carbon balancing donation’ option at check out – you can add as many donations as you wish. £5 is a suggested donation based on the amount of carbon emitted for a return car journey from London.
For every £15 donated, 1 tonne of CO2 will be balanced with 4 trees planted in UK, 1 acre of threatened rainforest protected, and 3 trees planted in Northern Malawi.
Love Trails 2019 saw the rise of the Vegware cup. Although this looked like a plastic pint cup, they were made from renewable, recycled materials, and were all composted with food waste by our on site waste management team. In 2022, we're going to ensure our bar is yet again stocked with fully recyclable or compostable pint cups, and all our food vendors are supplying recyclable cutlery, plates and coffee cups. As well as reducing our own waste and increasing our own recycling, we're also working closely with suppliers, sponsors and food vendors to reduce waste across all areas of the festival.
In 2022 we’re delighted to be using Natural Event toilets, instead of environmentally damaging porterloos. Natural Event provide compost loos that are waterless, chemical free, and the end product can be used as compost to prevent the use of chemical fertilisers. Compost loos are also way more efficiently transported than porterloos because of the reduced truck movements with 150 compost loos fitting on the same lorry as oppose to 26 portaloos!
In purchasing a ticket to Love Trails Festival, we ask attendees to commit to our Greener Pledge, by agreeing to these simple rules.
I will only stick to marked trails and pathways and avoid the disturbance of any animals
I will use the recycling and waste bins provided and not drop litter anywhere
I will try and limit myself to a two minute shower
I will leave no trace whilst out running, or on the festival site
I will only use the toilets provided and not pee on the land or in the waterways
