Extra Adventures and Extra Workshop bookings open at 12:30 on Thursday 23rd May. All ticket holders will be sent a link on 23rd May, and plenty of reminders.
If you don't think you are getting our emails, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can't see anything, drop us an email!
You can log in and book your chosen Guided Trail Run (GTR) at 12:30 on the 14th June. Please note: we expect many of the runs to 'sell out' very quickly. It is best to pick several runs that you'd like to do in advance. Don't forget: all of the GTRs will be brilliant experiences, whichever one you end up on, even if you aren't able to get on your first choice.
All ticket holders will be sent a GTR code that can be used to book one GTR on the Fixers booking platform. Keep an eye on your emails for this code and final instructions.
If you booked a ticket for a mate or a group of friends, it is your responsibility to pass on all information to your group, and to distribute one GTR code to each person in your booking.
Due to the large admin time it takes to change over tickets, we are not allowing any swaps or changes under any circumstances. Pick your GTR carefully!
Log into www.fixersworld.com, and pay off your balance from there.
If you have forgotten your Fixers password, you may need to reset that before you log in.
Love Trails Festival isn't able to refund tickets or defer tickets.
If you are injured, please consider coming anyway! There is so much to do beyond the running. Many injured runners come to Love Trails every year and they all have a fantastic time.
Yes! :) There are plenty of shorter (5km or less) runs across the weekend, and Salomon are also hosting 'How To Trail Run' workshops every day which are suitable for complete beginners.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Fixers will reply to you within 48hrs.
