He combines expertise in rehabilitation, motor control, and strength and conditioning to help individuals rebuild resilience and optimise performance. A keen endurance runner, he has competed in demanding events such as the KIMM and LAMM mountain marathons, giving him first-hand insight into training and competition. Colin’s focus is helping people move confidently, efficiently, and sustainably.

Dom brings this into a beginner-friendly shuffle class, breaking down essentials like the Running Man and Happy Feet in a clear, fun way. In his book A Note to the Runners, he explores the intimate kinship between running and poetry, urging readers to slow down, embrace authenticity, and reconnect with life’s quiet rituals. Born from frustration with modern social trends, the book is a manifesto for mindful movement, reflection, and real connection. Josh’s favorite runs range from Madeira to extreme ultras, with a preferred distance of 50–80 km, a long black in hand, and post-run pancakes or acai bowls with peanut butter.

As a trail runner, she founded Forest Footprints to connect people through Epping Forest and the joy of running in nature. Leah is a strength & conditioning coach, sports rehabilitator, and trainee Feldenkrais practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in sport and movement. Leah’s career has taken her from the Welsh Institute of Sport, to Saracens RFC and the English Institute of Sport, coaching athletes to 3 Olympic Games and to Olympic, World, and European medals.

For the past twelve years Leah has run a thriving coaching practice in London combining her elite work with athletes (including sprinters Dina Asher-Smith and Reece Prescod and GB ultra runners Joe Turner and Kelsey Price) with helping people of all ages to stay strong, healthy, and active. When not coaching, she loves to swim, cycle, run (more park than ultra!), travel to far-off lands, and enjoy good coffee with friends.
